Being in my mid fifties and going through a change at work meant I was a lacking the motivation to stick to a training plan. Having used a personal trainer before I knew how beneficial they can be to kick start a training habit.  Jordan has been great at doing this for me over the past three months.

I have worked with Jordan for almost 3 years now. It began when I wanted to lose a bit of weight & eat better, Jordan created me a simple at home workout plan alongside helping me understand my nutrition with a calorie deficit. 

I lost 10kg and then felt confident enough to join a gym. My workouts and goals changed & Jordan was extremely supportive in making my plan work for me. 

I am an online client so I send videos of my big lifts to Jordan and he will send detailed feedback, sometimes with video explanations of what I need to work on or change. He's 100% helped me improve my routines and got me into enjoying the gym!

Jordan and I have been working together for 10 months. I was looking for someone to take over from my previous PT, as she went on maternity leave. I had come a long way from literally no experience in weightlifting and was worried about a change. I was thrilled to find, that Jordan effortlessly continued my fitness journey with me, encouraged my goal setting and adjusted training as we went along to help fitting in a half marathon.
My proudest achievement so far had been a 100 kg Sumo Deadlift and that I was able to squat my own body weight. I also had a little dance for my first ever pull-ups.
Jordan stuck with me through injury and helped me building up both my strength and confidence during that time. He’s flexible in terms of training times and frequency, which I find very helpful.
In the session Jordan is motivating without being pushy and I find it easy, to hold myself accountable and follow through with the training plan.

Before working with Jordan I had been a gym member for just over a year. I enjoyed working out and taking classes but had no reals goals and was not very comfortable in the free weights section of the gym. I felt fitter but struggled to see any definable progress.

Working with Jordan has given me confidence to use pieces of equipment I was previously intimidated by and has greatly improved my form whilst exercising. Having a structured program that tracks progress has been very motivational

I have achieved many personal bests for various lifts whilst working with Jordan but probably the biggest achievement for me is sticking with the program for the full duration. In the past my exercise efforts have typically started with great enthusiasm but petered out after a few weeks. With Jordan's program I felt motivated throughout and looked forward to each workout.

I felt that Jordan listened carefully to what I wanted at the outset and created a program that was challenging but also fun and motivating. I learnt a great deal about how to safely use the equipment and how to perform exercises with good form. Jordan listened to my feedback when I struggled with certain exercises due to old injuries and provided alternatives which worked the same muscles but in a manner that was more comfortable for me.
