Hi, I’m Jordan - a qualified Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach based in Cheltenham, with a passion for helping people move better, feel stronger and perform at their best - both in sport and in everyday life.
I work with a wide range of clients but my true speciality lies in strength & conditioning for endurance athletes - from triathletes and runners to swimmers and cyclists. I provide tailored 1 to 1 coaching, small group training and performance support designed specifically to enhance strength, power and injury prevention for endurance based sports.
With a background in strength and functional training and a deep understanding of periodised programming, I take each athlete through a full movement screen and build a strength plan that works with their racing season and/or life schedule - not against it. Whether you're chasing a new marathon PB, prepping for Ironman or just want to feel stronger, I’ll help you get there with smart, structured training.
I also love variety. My coaching is inclusive, functional and built on long-term progress - not quick fixes. So whether you're an athlete or simply someone looking to feel stronger and more confident in your body, you’ll get the same level of dedication and support.
